Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of CommandShelf Pro Local, sold by Agus Tech ("we", "us"). Payments are processed through PayPal, which issues your receipt; refunds are issued by us via PayPal.

14-day money-back guarantee

Pro Local is a one-time purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to request a refund

Email agustech.001@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your PayPal order/transaction number (it's in your PayPal receipt). We'll confirm and process the refund through PayPal, typically within a few business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro Local license key is deactivated and the Pro features (the CLI and AI-agent bridge) stop working. The free desktop workspace remains free to use.

Refunds beyond 14 days

If a genuine technical problem prevents you from using Pro Local and we can't resolve it, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to make it right even outside the standard window.
