Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of CommandShelf Pro Local, operated by Agus Tech ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which issues receipts and processes any refunds on our behalf.

14-day money-back guarantee

Pro Local is a one-time purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to request a refund

Email agus-tech.001@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your Paddle order/receipt number (it's in your purchase confirmation email). We'll confirm and process the refund through Paddle, typically within a few business days. You may also reply directly to your Paddle receipt to reach their buyer support.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro Local license key is deactivated and the Pro features (the CLI and AI-agent bridge) stop working. The free desktop workspace remains free to use.

Refunds beyond 14 days

If a genuine technical problem prevents you from using Pro Local and we can't resolve it, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to make it right even outside the standard window.
