These terms govern your use of the CommandShelf application and website (the "Software"), operated by Agus Tech ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Software you agree to these terms.

License

The free desktop app is provided for personal and commercial use at no charge. Pro Local is a one-time purchase that grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Pro features (the CLI and AI-agent bridge) on Macs you own or control, subject to the activation limit shown at checkout.

Your one-time purchase includes all future offline/local Pro feature updates at no extra cost. Optional cloud-based services (such as sync), should we ever offer them, are separate products billed independently and are not part of the Pro Local license.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or your license key, or attempt to circumvent licensing or activation.

Payments & refunds

Purchases of CommandShelf Pro Local are sold by Agus Tech. Payments are processed securely through PayPal (PayPal also lets buyers pay by credit or debit card); we never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy; if something isn't working for you, contact agustech.001@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law. CommandShelf stores and renders text you provide; it does not execute commands or send prompts on your behalf — you are responsible for anything you run or send using content from your vault.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
